We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.90 for orders under our free shipping threshold.
We offer free shipping for orders of 3 or more items.

After your order is processed and shipped, typical delivery times are 3-7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. 9DollarNecklaces is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Individuals found damaging items themselves will not have their issue resolved.
