At 9DollarNecklaces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please ensure you carefully select the correct size, style, and color before completing your purchase.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review their order and confirm that all product details are correct at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and will gladly offer replacements or refunds for manufacturing related issues such as:

β€’ Broken or damaged chain links upon arrival
β€’ Significant fading under normal use

However, refunds or replacements will NOT be issued for:

β€’ Accidental damage caused after delivery
